Heygates® French Baguette T55 Flour is a quality flour milled in our French mill. Superb for French baguettes, croissants and French Pastries.
This flour is guaranteed to be milled entirely from French wheats in France and doesn’t contain any additives, and is therefore not fortified.
16kg sacks are made from fully recyclable unbleached paper.
Please note: bags smaller than 16kg are decanted at our premises into food grade bags.
