Heygates® Bakers Green Bread Flour is a premium and very strong white flour. widely used by professional bakers and perfect for making high-quality bread and rolls. High protein level flour, great for sourdoughs.

Heygates® is a family business which has farmed in Northamptonshire since 1562 and moved into milling in the 19th Century. The Heygate group spans farming, flour and feed milling and baking, with ten flour mills on four sites, a feed mill, two modern bakeries and 7500 acres of mainly arable land in England.

The approximate size of our 16kg bags of flour is 54cm(H) x 40cm(W) x 12cm(D) are will fit in most kitchen cupboards.
To keep this flour at its very best never let the flour become damp. Store in a cool, dry place, allowing for good air circulation.
