
Heygates® C HEAT A® Heat Treated Cake Flour
Heygates® C HEAT A® Heat Treated Cake Flour is a heat treated flour designed for high ratio cakes and sponges.
As this flour is commercially heat-treated at the mill during production, this makes it safe to use when making raw cookie dough.
Please note: bags smaller than 16kg are decanted at our premises into food grade bags.
16kg sacks are made from fully recyclable unbleached paper.
About Heygates®
Heygates® is a family business that has farmed in Northamptonshire since 1562 and moved into milling in the 19th Century. The Heygate group spans farming, flour and feed milling and baking, with ten flour mills on four sites, a feed mill, two modern bakeries and 7500 acres of mainly arable land in England.

Size & Care
The approximate size of our 16kg bags of flour is 54cm(H) x 40cm(W) x 12cm(D) are will fit in most kitchen cupboards.
To keep this flour at its very best never let the flour become damp. Store in a cool, dry place, allowing for good air circulation.
