Heygates® Canadian & Springs is a premium a very strong wholemeal flour made from the very best Canadian and American spring wheat. Perfect for making high quality bread and rolls.
Heygates® strongest flour: 100% wholemeal with no additives. Using modern technology Canadian and American wheats are milled to carefully controlled bran particle sizes. This flour will produce high volume bread and wholemeal puff pastry.
Please note: bags smaller than 16kg are decanted at our premises into food grade bags.
16kg sacks are made from fully recyclable, unbleached paper.

Heygates® is a family business that has farmed in Northamptonshire, United Kingdom since 1562 and moved into milling in the 19th Century. The Heygate group spans farming, flour and feed milling and baking, with ten flour mills on four sites, a feed mill, two modern bakeries and 7500 acres of mainly arable land in England.
