A high quality brown bread mix, made from a blend of malted flours and malted wheats to form a strong flour base for bread and rolls. No salt has been added.
Bakes a succulent, well rounded loaf with a nutty texture and a crunchy wholegrain bite.
Please note: bags smaller than 16kg are decanted at our premises into food grade bags.
16kg sacks are made from fully recyclable unbleached paper.
Heygates® is a family business which has farmed in Northamptonshire since 1562 and moved into milling in the 19th Century. The Heygate group spans farming, flour and feed milling and baking, with ten flour mills on four sites, a feed mill, two modern bakeries and 7500 acres of mainly arable land in England.
