Heygates Prestige Flour is a very strong white flour made from the very best UK and American wheats. Has no improver additives. Ideal for sourdoughs and long fermentation breads. This flour is also great for making pizza dough.
16kg sacks are made from fully recyclable unbleached paper.
Please note: bags smaller than 16kg are decanted at our premises into food grade bags.
Heygates® is a family business which has farmed in Northamptonshire since 1562 and moved into milling in the 19th Century. The Heygate group spans farming, flour and feed milling and baking, with ten flour mills on four sites, a feed mill, two modern bakeries and 7500 acres of mainly arable land in England.
