Made using the whole of the wheat kernel. The high fibre Heygates® Bakers Wholemeal Flour adds flavour and improves nutrition in baked products.
Purpose: For wholemeal bread, rolls and cakes.
Please note: bags smaller than 16kg are decanted at our premises into food grade bags.
