Lesaffre Saf-Instant® Dry Baker's Yeast is the ideal yeast for successful homemade bread or brioches.

Add directly to the flour 1 sachet for 250 g to 1 kg of flour according to the recipes.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place.
Preferably use the sachet within 48 hours of opening.

Ratton Pantry is a family business originally founded by two very keen home bakers and cooks, Victoria and Sean.
