Semola Rimacinata is a twice milled flour that is ideal for making pasta and pizza bases. It is the coarse, purified wheat core from durum wheat mainly used in making pasta and couscous.
San Felice Semolina is the right texture to aid the pizza-making process. It not only adds the ideal non - stick quality but also enriches the taste and aroma of the cooked pizza bases.
Please note: bags smaller than 5kg are decanted at our premises into food grade bags.
