Using a secret blend of vanilla bean from select plantations, and an exclusive cold extraction process to preserve the best of the delicate flavours.
Artisan quality, highly concentrated flavourings which you can add to sugar paste, marzipan, buttercream, cookies, chocolate, cake, custards, fondants, cream, yoghurt, soft-centred confectionery, toffee / caramel, ice cream, patisserie, jellies and all manner of sweetie and dessert recipes.
Heat stable - use to flavour cakes etc before baking.
BBE at least 3-6 months, but almost always much longer (1-2 years).
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
This product does not contain nuts but we cannot guarantee free of any nut traces due to it being stored and handled in an environment where marzipan and other nut products are also present.

Handling & Cooking
- flammable - handle and use with care
- every recipe and application is different but these flavourings are highly concentrated, so add a tiny amount at a time to begin with (¼ teaspoon is recommended for most recipes) and build up the flavour as required - subtle flavour often works best so, as they say, "less is more"
