Olive leaves are a type of pasta typical of the Apulian tradition: with an elongated and particular shape, they recall the olive leaf, symbol of Puglia. Terre dei Trulli offers them in the version flavored with spinach, which gives the pasta its green color.

Terre Dei Trulli's Olive Leaves Pasta does not contain dyes or preservatives, but only 100% natural ingredients. Our Apulian pasta follows the ancient recipes of the regional tradition, characterized by artisanal processing and slow drying. 

Thanks to this process, we obtain a higher quality product that reproduces the excellent characteristics of fresh pasta: it does not cook and retains sauces and condiments

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water, dehydrated spinach 2%.
