About Greci ProntoFresco

Greci began in Parma in 1923, processing tomatoes from Emilia's food-producing heartland. In the 1960s the family expanded into tomato pulp, and the ProntoFresco line developed around prepared Italian specialities for professional catering.

Today the range covers tomatoes, vegetables, mushrooms, artichokes, olives, sauces and speciality creams designed to bring traditional flavours into a practical kitchen format.

Italian ingredients ready for a working kitchen

Greci's strength is breadth. Pizza makers can combine tomato pulp or sauce with friarielli, artichokes, mushrooms, peppers, olives and semidried tomatoes, while chefs can use vegetable creams and prepared specialities across pasta, focaccia, sandwiches and antipasti.

Many products reduce washing, trimming, cooking or portioning time, but each has its own liquid, oil, seasoning and storage instructions.
