Founded in the 19th century in the Piedmont region, Castelli started life as a gorgonzola specialist, but is now known for its wide range of high-quality, delicious and authentic Italian cheeses.

Regular controls are carried out on the feeding of the cattle and on the milk used in the process. Strict production controls are in place to ensure the highest quality and to maintain its special characteristics.

Purely natural product, completely without additives or preservatives.

Perfect grated on pasta, sauces, pizza, grated in soups or on salad, chunked and served with balsamic vinegar and a glass of Prosecco.

Due to the fresh nature of this product, this cheese will be sent on a next-day delivery so as to ensure it stays no longer than 24 hours in its shipping parcel. We will not send this product on anything other than a next-day courier service.
