GI Metal Amica Pizza Turning Peel - 20cm Head / 67cm Handle.

Ideal for home ovens such as the Gozney Dome, Gozney Arc, Gozney Roccbox and Ooni ovens.

The small turning peel of this line is entirely in stainless steel with a perfectly round head. They're available both in the solid and perforated versions, with thin and diffused slots to reduce its weight. The handle base and sliding interim grip are in specific high-density polymer with high-resistance to impact and heat. A fitting on the handle base makes it possible to block the sliding grip section and find it available at the top when the small peel is placed head down.
