Turn and take-out small turning peel, perforated and entirely in stainless steel prevents the transmission of the heat from the oven. The handle base and interim sliding grip are in a specific high-density polymer, with high impact and heat resistance. The sliding element also slides into the bottom handle so that the stacked small peel with the head down can be immediately gripped correctly.
