Introducing Henry Brothers Hot Sauce, an Eastbourne based company started by Andrew and Simon Henry who have been developing sauces for over 30 years.

In 2023 we reached a level of flavour and a balance of heat which we believe makes the best hot sauce available anywhere. Our sauces have been created to be very versatile and extremely tasty - we are not trying to make a sauce that is so hot it can’t be enjoyed, and have instead balanced the flavour and heat to create a fresh, tasty, healthy hot sauce like no other.
