The GI Metal Azzurra Line perforated rectangular pizza placement peel is a professional tool designed to ensure lightness, strength, and handling in every baking phase.

The anodized aluminum head features a smooth, oxidation-resistant surface, while the strategic perforations reduce friction and allow excess flour to fall away, preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pizza and burning during baking.

The blue anodized aluminum handle is made with an oval tubular structure to provide greater stability and control during movement. The head-handle junction is reinforced with three large inline rivets, ensuring strength and comfort by eliminating vibrations or flexing.

Reinforcing ribs on the head adds flexibility without compromising firmness, ideal for those who demand speed and precision in a busy pizzeria.
