Although you may have only heard of them recently, Properoni was born over 150 years ago in the town of Gyula in Hungary.

Heir to a world renowned and rich culinary dynasty, Properoni uses time-honoured, natural curing and fermenting methods first created, back in 1868.

Properoni's first international award was received over a century ago at the World's Fair in 1910 and the product has been winning awards and accolades ever since.
