The Sunmix Top Line range has recently been upgraded across the 30, 40, and 60 models, with more powerful motors and a redesigned drivetrain built for demanding commercial environments. Major mechanical components have been increased in size and strength to improve reliability under heavy, daily production use.

These mixers are designed for pizzerias and bakeries that rely on consistent dough production throughout the day. The upgraded drivetrain provides smoother power delivery under load and improved long-term durability.

The Top Line 60 now features a two-part spiral design, allowing individual spiral sections to be replaced when worn rather than replacing the entire spiral. This increases the initial build cost slightly but reduces maintenance cost and downtime over the lifetime of the machine, particularly in high-volume operations.
