Since 1986, Terre dei Trulli have been producing and selling high quality products, with selected raw materials and a strict food safety system.

​Terre dei Trulli’s mission has always been inspired by the excellence and quality of both products and services offered. We produce and sell Italian products selected through quality and wholesomeness of raw materials and authenticity of production methods. 

High quality raw materials are the ingredients that make the difference in Terre dei Trulli products. The extra virgin olive oil produced in an ancient oil mill in Alberobello, salt, white wine, and exclusively Apulian and Italian soft wheat flour, are the basis of our taralli and other traditional bakery products that make them non-oily, crunchy, fragrant, and tasty in an authentic way.

Only the addition of a few simple selected ingredients of the highest quality gives life to the "Speciali" Terre dei Trulli, created to give a bit of vivacity and uniqueness to tradition.
