Wholemeal, Wholegrain and Wholewheat Flour

Ratton Pantry offers a wide range of Wholemeal, Wholegrain and Wholewheat Flours. Purchase as smaller 1.5kg bags, ideal for homebakers, and also in bulk 16kg and 25kg sacks. Choose between a selection of stoneground wholemeal flour or rollermilled wholemeal flour.

Coarser in texture than white flour, brown wholemeal flour is the finely ground meal of the whole wheat berries. Bran and germ are retained during processing, making wholemeal flour higher in fibre and more nutritious than white flour.
