Paste made solely with pure, natural ingredients without artificial flavourings, colourings, preservatives, palm oil and derivatives.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, water, Bourbon vanilla extract, Bourbon vanilla seeds, caramelized sugar.

Mix before using. Dosage for ice cream 50-70g to L of mixture. Dosage for pastry: 1-4% of the total preperation.

Store in a cool and dry place away from heat sources. Refrigerate after opening (0°C/+6°C; +32°F/+43°F).
