Compared with conventional yeast, Bioreal® Organic Yeast is produced gently and without the usual chemical additives from organic grains and clean spring water. The process, which is unique in the world and which is patented, even makes the labour-intensive washing process superfluous.
Suitable for all types of baked goods. With minor adjustments, replaces the manufacturing process for conventional yeast on a 1:1 basis.
With its slight taste of cereals, it helps to give baked goods a full-bodied flavour.
A particularly gentle production process without the addition of chemicals or waste water load.
The fermentation medium serves as a raw ingredient for further products.
Gluten-Free. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.
Please Note: Fresh Yeast will come with a shelf life of between 1 - 2 weeks. Fresh Yeast can be cut into portions and frozen for use at a later date.

Orders containing fresh products - Please note that if your order is placed after 2pm on a Thursday, we are unable to dispatch your item on the following working day (Friday) as transit times will be extended over a weekend and therefore the quality of our fresh products can become compromised. Orders containing fresh items will be dispatched the following Monday* (unless a DPD Saturday delivery option has been selected at checkout).
If you live in an exceptions area e.g. Scottish Highlands, Isles, Northern Ireland etc, you may have slightly higher shipping rates displayed, and some delivery options may not be available to you.
