DCL High Activity Craftbake Yeast has been developed to help bakers produce consistently high-quality products.

A fast-acting yeast for ‘no-time’ doughs and total reliability whatever your bakery processes may be.

Using traditional manufacturing methods we have complete control over the strain at all times.

Craftbake yeast is presented in a form of an extruded 1kg block.

Excellent tolerance to sugar and mold inhibitors.

Gluten-Free. Halal & Kosher. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.

Please Note: Fresh Yeast will come with a shelf life of between 1 - 2 weeks. Fresh Yeast can be cut into portions and frozen for use at a later date.

Delivery Information - Please read before ordering.

All orders placed before Sunday 12pm Midday, will be shipped for delivery to you on the following Thursday/Friday

We receive fresh stock weekly on Wednesday, which we then ship out to customers for delivery Thursday/Friday.


Due to the fresh nature of this product, this yeast will be sent on a next-day delivery so as to ensure it stays no longer than 24 hours in its shipping parcel. We will not send this product on anything other than a next-day courier service. A next day service must be selected at checkout . If a slower shipping method is chosen we will need to charge an additional fee to upgrade your shipping to a next day service.   Please note that we can only ship these products to mainland UK addresses.


This product will come with a minimum of 7 days shelf life and a maximum of 2 weeks.

Recognising the need for good quality baking ingredients during the COVID-19 lockdowns, and having problems procuring these goods for ourselves, we set about stocking a selection of premium kitchen, pantry and baking essentials such as flour and yeast, along with premium imported Italian ingredients.
