Ideal for larger professional pizza ovens and home ovens such as the Gozney Dome, Gozney Arc, Gozney Roccbox and Ooni ovens.

Professional brush with lowered thickness, making it compatible with lower height electric ovens.

The total thickness is only 6cm to allow an efficient cleaning of electric ovens with low height cooking deck, although this brush can be used on all other gas or wood fired pizza ovens also.

Single, one-piece blue anodized aluminium handle.

The brass bristles allow fast and more efficient cleaning of refractory stone from food residues, flour, or ash.

Optional stainless steel scraper included. The scraper, if in use, allows to remove the most persistent residues.
