Introduction to Sourdough Workshop

£95 | 4 hours | Max 8 people

This hands-on course is designed for anyone who wants to bake proper sourdough at home but isn’t sure where to start. You’ll learn how sourdough fermentation works, how to mix and handle dough, and how to shape and bake a naturally leavened loaf. We focus on understanding the process so you can adapt it to your own kitchen, rather than relying on rigid recipes.

The course takes place at Fermentary at Ratton Pantry and runs over four relaxed hours in a small group. Coffee is included on arrival, and you’ll leave with a sourdough starter, dough to bake at home, and printed guides to help you keep baking with confidence.
