Latteria Sorrentina Fior di Latte Mozzarella, available now as Taglio Napoli Cut Strips (slightly thicker than 'Julienne' Cut) in a 1.5kg Bag at Ratton Pantry. Widely renowned as the best cheese topping for pizzas, this Fior Di Latte provides a beautiful tasting cheese.

This product brings together artisanal craftsmanship and high-technology of the most innovative food preservation systems. Latteria Sorretina Fior di Latte Mozzarella is stabilized at optimal temperature to arrive intact in the kitchens of chefs and pizza chefs.

A premium spun Mozzarella made from cows milk (as opposed to buffalo milk used in regular Mozzarella). Made using the pasta filata technique, which involves heating the curd and stretching it to create the characteristic stretchy texture of the cheese.

Pre-cut into Taglio Napoli Cut Strips for convenience.

Latteria Sorrentina Fior di Latte Mozzarella is also available as a single-piece 1kg Filone.

This product will come with a minimum of 7 days shelf life and a maximum of 3 weeks. Not going to use all of the cheese within its shelf life? This cheese freezes well due to its medium water content. Simple portion up, pop it in the freezer, and then bring it out to defrost a couple of hours before you need to use it.
