Matthews Cotswold Organic Stoneground Wholegrain Spelt Flour is a beautiful nutty slightly sweet all-purpose flour. Rich in flavour, our wholemeal spelt flour is a great healthy option, being easier to digest than normal flours as it is not made with wheat and is in fact an ancient grain.
