San Vincenzo Spicy Guanciale Piccante
San Vincenzo Guanciale Piccante, spicy cheeks of pork with a characteristically rich flavour owed to the Calabrian chilli pepper and the natural seasoning from the Sila Altiplan region.
Conveniently sized approx. 350g, 450g, 550g, 650g, 750g and 950g portions containing alternating strips of lean meat and fat. Compared to bacon, it has a smoother texture and lots of flavour in each strip.
Perfect served with broad beans and in a variety of main courses, also the authentic meat used in Spaghetti Carbonara (often substituted with Pancetta).
