Shipton Mill GLUTEN-FREE Brown Rice Flour
Shipton Mill GLUTEN-FREE Brown Rice Flour is milled from brown rice grains it is slightly heavier than white rice flour, and has a gentle earthy flavour - sometimes described as 'nutty'.
Blend it with a strong flour like buckwheat flour and some starch e.g. potato starch, to make a gluten-free loaf. It will add protein to waffles and pancakes and is often included in gluten-free flour blends for this reason.
Packed on premises that handles nuts (including peanuts), seeds, cereals, soya & products containing gluten.
This product contains no gluten, but it is not packed in a gluten-free environment. However, we make every effort to ensure no cross-contamination occurs.
Please be aware that if you order Gluten-Free flour at the same time as other flours, they may be packed together in the same box.
