Gluten-free baking mixes often include Tapioca Starch. If you want to bake gluten-free bread, cake, or other grain-free desserts, you can use Tapioca Starch in conjunction with other gluten-free baking flours. Use Tapioca Starch in a 1:1 swap with wheat flour.
Slightly chewier than potato starch, try blending Tapioca Starch with Shipton Mill White Rice Flour for a basic wheat replacement in crumbles and fruit cakes, pancakes and waffles.
