Shipton Mill GLUTEN-FREE Tapioca Starch
Shipton Mill GLUTEN-FREE Tapioca Starch works well as a 30% addition to all the heavier flours, where it lightens the result and also contributes to the binding properties needed for successful gluten-free baking.
It is slightly chewier than potato starch. Try blending it with white rice flour for a basic wheat replacement in crumbles and fruit cakes, pancakes and waffles.
Packed on premises that handles nuts (including peanuts), seeds, cereals, soya & products containing gluten.
This product contains no gluten, but it is not packed in a gluten-free environment. However, we make every effort to ensure no cross-contamination occurs.
Please be aware that if you order Gluten-Free flour at the same time as other flours, they may be packed together in the same box.
