Shipton Mill Organic GLUTEN-FREE Millet Flour. A medium to fine gluten-free flour milled from the pale, golden seed of a grass, it is high in magnesium and has a lovely creamy texture.
Soft and lightly flavoured millet is very good in gluten-free baking and can be substituted for maize where you need a corn free recipe. Combine it with white rice flour and tapioca starch for a basic blend.
Please be aware that this flour naturally has a shorter shelf life than our other flours.
Packed on premises that handles nuts (including peanuts), seeds, cereals, soya & products containing gluten.
This product contains no gluten, but it is not packed in a gluten-free environment. However, we make every effort to ensure no cross-contamination occurs.
Please be aware that if you order Gluten-Free flour at the same time as other flours, they may be packed together in the same box.
