Our intense and rich Tomato Romesco sauce is inpsired by Catalan flavours with nora peppers, extra virgin olive oil and sherry vinegar. Made from our fresh local tomatoes, Romesco is a deeply satisfying sauce traditionally eaten with grilled fish.
