Molino Pasini are really proud of their very latest product: they call it PRIMITIVA because they have rediscovered a fine selection of wheat, with high fibre content and rich in protein, and they have perfected a new blending and milling technique.

The taste and aroma released during processing and sampling are guaranteed by top quality raw materials and expert processing.

Excellent results in the bakery: particularly suitable for all processes and leavening of flour with a W target of 280/300.

Ideal for Pastry: Sponge cake, donuts, Puff Pastry, Puff pastry, Plum Cake, Pie, Margherita. This flour is suitable for both traditional and rising to the instantaneous character of baking powder; the 'dough stiffens and especially large bubbles forms a smooth, fine and soft. Excellent results for puff pastry. L 'dough can be easily rolled and is able to withstand long operations.

Ideal for dough leavening direct short or medium in the pizzeria. The finished product with this flour will have a distinctive aroma and flavor, which manages to (re) discover the different facets of the taste of one of the best selections of fine grains on the market today.

Ingredients: Soft Wheat Flour Type 00 Enriched with Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (Vitamin B3), Thiamine (Vitamin B1) and E341 (Tricalcium Phosphate).

The raw material is carefully selected and analysed by a modern in-house laboratory, and the new milling plant guarantees the quality and consistency of the product over time.

Molino Pasini's customers include the most demanding artisan producers, wholesalers, retailers and food industry production units. The sectors to which specific product lines are dedicated are bakery, fresh pasta, pizza and confectionery.

Molino Pasini inaugurated a new milling plant designed by Buhler and automated by ASB. This new state-of-the-art plant has increased the mill's production capacity from 2,000 to 3,500 quintals per day, producing high quality and consistent flour over time. The novelty is the introduction of the prestigious giant plansifters SIRIUS, from Buhler, which guarantee maximum hygiene during sieving, avoiding mould and other phenomena that undermine the healthiness of the product, as well as new rolling mills for more constant grinding.

The company produces specific product lines for bakery, fresh pasta, pizza and pastry, and can customise any type of flour in bulk to meet customer requirements. Upon completion of processing and laboratory controls, deliveries are also made by own means under controlled conditions and guaranteed in terms of hygiene. Alongside the production plant, a new fully automated warehouse has been built, capable of storing up to 4000 pallets.
