Wildfarmed Patisserie Flour (T55) is the whitest & finest of all the Wildfarmed flours. It's hugely versatile and works best in products requiring a finer texture for soft, light and delicate bakes. Milled a little differently to the other Wildfarmed flours, using a process that splits the grain prior to milled which results in a very white and fine flour.

No pesticides, herbicides, fungicides.

Organically produced from wheat grown through regenerative farming.
