A fast-acting yeast for ‘no-time’ doughs and total reliability whatever your bakery processes may be.

Using traditional manufacturing methods we have complete control over the strain at all times.

Craftbake yeast is presented in a form of an extruded 1kg block.

Excellent tolerance to sugar and mold inhibitors.

Gluten-Free. Halal & Kosher. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.

Please Note: Fresh Yeast will come with a shelf life of between 7-10 days. Fresh Yeast can be cut into portions and frozen for use at a later date.
