Frozen pizza dough balls made with Molino Dallagiovanna pizza red flour 00, directly at Dallagiovanna HQ in Italian.

Suitable for restaurants and home pizza ovens such as the Ooni Karu, Ooni Koda, Gozney Roccbox or Gozney Dome.

Available in pack sizes of 6 dough balls, 12 dough balls, 20 dough balls and 40 dough balls.

No need for a skilled pizzaiolo, these dough balls produce the perfect pizza base everytime. Great for pizzerias and pizza vans, as well as for large pizza parties at home.

Ingredients: 00 Wheat Flour, Water, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Yeast, Emulsifiers: Sunflower Lecithin Liposomes, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid.

Direction of use: Remove from the freezer and place dough balls in a pizza dough proofing tray with NO flour. Cover with a cotton cloth and leave in the fridge for 12 hours to defrost. Remove from the fridge and dip the dough in flour, then replace back in the dough box. You then have two options: leave the dough in the box at room temperature and use within the next 3-4 hours, or cover the pizza dough box with a cotton cloth and leave in the fridge, and use within 2 days.
