Succulent slices of intensely flavoured, dry-cured, traditional Neapolitan salami. Ideal as an antipasto or in a tasty charcuterie spread.

Salame “Napoli” has a much coarser grain than Salame Milano, and is slightly smoked. Black pepper is also used as part of the recipe.
