San Vincenzo ‘Nduja is the classic spreadable hot Calabrian cured meat known for its characteristic strong flavour.

Made of an homogenous dough of pork meats, noble fats and good Calabrian chili pepper, N’duja originated in Spilinga.

Perfect on its own, as a topping for bread or bruschetta, on pizza, in pasta recipes or mixed into soups or other main dishes for added flavour.

Ratton Pantry is a family business originally founded by two very keen home bakers and cooks, Victoria and Sean.
