We specialise and stock over 100 different types of bread flour, everything from Rye Flour and Strong White Bread Flour, Wholemeal Bread Flour, and French Baguette T55 Flour to Organic and Gluten-Free Bread Flours.
When it comes to bread-making ingredients, we cater to bakers of all sizes. Whether you're a beginner home baker that likes to make a loaf of bread once a month or you're a small baking business that bakes bread daily, we offer small 1.5kg and 2kg flour bags all the way up to 16kg flour sacks, and even 25kg options in some flours.
Stocking premium brands is an important part of the Ratton Pantry ethos and with that in mind, we buy flour from premium and artisan mills such as Matthews Cotswold Flour, Shipton Mill, Foricher, Marriage's, Wessex Mill, Caputo and Dallagiovanna.
We also stock dried yeast and fresh yeast, an essential component of bread making, along with a range of Bread Flour Mixes for making pizza bases and bread rolls.
